Prime Boutique Hotel

The food and dining service were a big letdown. Breakfast had hardly any choice, and most of it was bland. Dinner was worse, with poor-quality dishes we didn't enjoy. The waiters and waitresses were unfriendly, and even a simple request for bread was ignored. We also couldn't get into our room until 6:00 p.m. on arrival day because of a power outage and plumbing problems. We were asked to leave our luggage and come back later, which cost us most of the afternoon. Once inside, we found a strong sewage smell and no working heating. At checkout, we were charged the security deposit despite having caused no damage. That felt unfair and left us with a very negative impression. I wouldn't recommend the hotel given the rooms, food, and service.

At the end of our stay, the hotel kept part of our security deposit, claiming we'd made too much noise. They offered no concrete evidence or official reports, and the whole thing felt unfair and opaque. We were also met with rude, unprofessional replies throughout the stay and at dinner, where every request seemed to bother the staff. When we arrived, there was no electricity, lighting, or water. A hotel hosting paying guests should provide the basics and treat guests respectfully and honestly, and we didn't get that here. We're extremely disappointed, won't return, and don't recommend it.
