We stayed in room 304 at Rzemieślnik Hotel Zakopane, and this is just our personal experience. The room was clean and compact, with a pleasant mountain view from the balcony. The location near a Biedronka supermarket was convenient, there was parking on site, and breakfast was decent and met our expectations. Comfort was a mixed bag. The bathroom was cramped and very small. Hot water took a long time to reach the shower, the pressure was weak, and the extremely thin pillows made it harder to sleep. There was no air conditioning, fridge, or slippers. In warm weather, opening the window was the only option, but there were no mosquito screens. Smoking wasn’t allowed on the balcony either. Parking cost an additional 50 PLN per day, and guests should know there’s a local tourist tax charged at check-in. For us, the comfort and room amenities didn’t quite justify the price. The location and mountain views may be a plus for some, but we found the value for money less convincing.

I arrived at the hotel on the evening of September 27th, after a terrible Airbnb stay where I hadn’t received any help with the conditions there. Thankfully, Mariëtta was so kind and helpful, and did a lot for me. I’m very grateful to her, and I’ll definitely come back because of that. Mariëtta, you represent the hotel well. The location is good, but the rooms are very small, and the shower is so cramped it’s hard to move. Breakfast was average, and the hotel has paid parking.

I felt right at home during my stay. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable, and the reception service was excellent. It’s very close to the city center. I definitely recommend staying here, and I’d do it again ❤️

The staff were kind, and everything went smoothly. The hotel is a short walk from the bus station, with a large supermarket in the next building. The famous street is about a 10-minute walk away. I added breakfast when I arrived and really enjoyed it. Booking directly through the hotel website was cheaper than using sites like Booking or Agoda. It’s checkout day today, and God willing, I’ll stay here again.
