Apartament Słoneczne Tatry Droga na bystre 5b

The apartment had some good features: it was warm, had plenty of cupboard space, and the kitchen was well equipped. We also appreciated the large bathtub, washing machine, and underground garage, which made parking much easier. But getting in was a problem. It was meant to be ready at 4:00 PM, yet we couldn't get in until 5:40 PM. We got an email and text about the delay only 10 minutes before check-in, and nobody called, making it hard to plan our arrival. Inside, the sofa and mattress were dirty, the bathroom lock and handle didn't work, the kettle was broken, the kitchen blind was faulty, and a towel was missing. We emailed staff about these issues but never heard back. The apartment has plenty of potential thanks to its furnishings and amenities, but the cleanliness, broken items, and lack of communication need attention.
