I was in Krakow for a conference and urgently needed something I'd left in my room. The concierge went up to get it, then joined a video call to help me locate it and personally drove it to the conference center so I wouldn't have to leave the event. I was blown away by that thoughtful effort. Everyone I met at H15 Palace was kind, helpful, and clearly wanted the stay to go smoothly. I've stayed at many five-star hotels, and the hospitality here was on a level with some of the best and most expensive places I've experienced anywhere. The room was huge, beautiful, and spotless, with heated bathroom floors that made it feel even more luxurious. Breakfast was excellent each morning, with a wide range of high-quality food. For my 4 AM departure on flight day, they packed a generous breakfast box for the car and airport, with plenty of options. The hotel is central and ideal, and the property is stunning. I'd absolutely stay again when I return to Krakow.

The room's cleanliness was the one thing that fell short. There was hair on the bed, the toilet, the bathtub, and even in our Nespresso cups when we arrived. That's unacceptable for a five-star property, though it didn't ruin the whole visit. My wife and I otherwise had a great experience, with beautiful architecture, rooms, and pool and spa area. Service was top-notch and the location was prime, as you'd expect. We'd come back, but hope the cleaning team does a better job next time.

The spa was a real highlight, and we enjoyed the pool and sauna. Breakfast was great too. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, spotless, and had a very comfortable bed. Service was excellent throughout, and I'm really glad we treated ourselves to a stay here.

We had our wedding welcome party for about 80 people at Artesse, and it all went smoothly. Planning with the restaurant was easy, the food and drinks were very tasty, and we appreciated having both indoor space and the outdoor patio. My husband and I also got ready for the wedding in the hotel rooms with our bridal parties. The Presidential suite had space for six women to do hair and makeup, and its outdoor terrace was a nice touch. My husband used one of the larger suites. We hosted our parents, family, and friends at H.15 for our wedding week in early July. Customer service was exceptional. We had a few small hiccups, but the manager did everything she could and more to sort them out. Can't wait to return for an anniversary. Thank you for such a beautiful time!

We stayed in Junior suite A103 in the hotel's historic section, and can't wait to come back. The hotel is stunning and sits in a great spot, close to all the sights but tucked into a peaceful corner of the city. The spa is beautiful, and the service was top tier. Emily at the front desk was a star.
