Holiday Suites Cracow

We stayed four nights in October 2024 and slept well every night because it was so quiet. The river views and great location made it an ideal base for exploring Krakow. It would suit a family, friends, or a couple on a city break. Management also replied right away when we had questions and offered an airport transfer.

The location was convenient, close to everything, and the rooms were spacious and clean. We stayed two nights, slept well, and thought it was great value for money. I’d definitely recommend it.

The rooms and facilities were good, and although there was some damage, it was what we expected. We had booked the two largest rooms and they provided an extra bed. The price and location were great, with several of the city’s main sights within easy walking distance. Before the deposit issue, I would have given five stars. But it’s now been over 9 months since my visit, and my security deposit still hasn’t been refunded. I sent the details several times and got no replies to my messages or emails. They only contacted me after I went through booking.com, then there was another month without a response or update. If you stay, get written confirmation of all charges and the security deposit, including the company details and when the deposit will be returned. Ask them to confirm in writing that it will be refunded in full if the hotel doesn’t report any damage. If it hasn’t been returned by the stated date, involve the booking platform.

The rooftop bar makes great cocktails, and the river view is completely unobstructed by buildings. Honestly, it’s one of the best views in Krakow. The location is great and the room was huge.
