Hostel Centrum Sabot

We were glad about the location, but that's about it. Our four-bed room connected to another four-bed room, so people from there kept walking through ours all night. We also shared the bathroom and kitchen facilities. The floors creaked and echoed, and the hostel hostess was extremely rude.

We’ll definitely come back. The place was spotless, the beds were almost too comfortable, and there was a cute balcony plus cereal available all day for free. It’s close to both the city centre and the train station. The staff were lovely, especially Gabriel, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and insightful. One of the best hostels my husband and I have stayed in.

The staff member at reception was rude and didn't help when I asked about charging my phone. There were no sockets by the beds, and she only seemed surprised that there wasn't one. She offered me money to go buy an adapter myself, saying she was alone and couldn't leave the hostel. The guest is left to deal with being unable to charge a phone or other devices. It felt unsafe, and this was the worst hostel I've stayed in. There are friendlier places nearby with better services for the same price, so I can't recommend it. The room setup made sleeping feel like being at a train station. I had a four-bed room, but other guests passed through it all night, slamming the door and turning on the light. The beds were awful, with a sagging spring that felt like a hammock, and there was no individual light over each bed. The bathrooms were dirty and had no hygiene products.

The friendly girl who served me was so kind, she fed me and made me coffee, and I felt at home here. The place was clean and convenient, and the location made it easy to get to attractions, with the station only a 5-7 minute walk away. I was pleasantly surprised and happy with my stay. A great choice for a reasonable price, you won't regret staying here.
