The location was very convenient, with easy access to buses, trains, and trams, and Old Town about a 15-minute walk away. Our room was spacious and nice, but we could hear noise from other rooms, and there was construction during our stay. We paid for breakfast, but twice it wasn’t available at the hotel. Instead, we got a text telling us to go somewhere else, which was inconvenient and not what we expected. There also never seemed to be anyone at reception when we came or went. On arrival, nobody was there to greet us or give us access, so we had to contact the hotel by WhatsApp and email and wait for a reply. It made the place feel poorly managed.

It’s close to amenities and has good tram and bus access. The room was basic but okay, and as expected for the price. We each had one thin pillow, but made it work. The young girl who first helped us was lovely and seemed happy to do anything. One morning, though, we came out to find a homeless man sleeping on the floor. I tried to alert a staff member, who was on his phone, but he completely ignored me.

The rooms were spacious, and we felt safe in a nice area with shops nearby. Tram stops are easy to reach and go straight to the old town. There usually isn’t reception staff. On arrival we had to call a number to get the codes for the building and our room, since nobody had contacted us beforehand.

The location is really nice, near the city centre and main railway station. The room was okay, nothing special but nothing wrong with it. Breakfast was included in the room price, but it was awful. The coffee machine and toaster were broken, and there wasn’t much to choose from.

We were there for five nights with my children, and it was a great stay. The free transfer service made arriving much easier, and the train station is only a short walk away. Our room was comfortable, clean, and nice, and everything seemed very well maintained.
