We'd booked more than a month ahead, then they canceled our stay the day before we were due to fly to Poland and gave no explanation. Nobody answered when we tried calling. Pretty awful. I'd strongly suggest thinking twice before staying here.

We made the reservation two months ahead, but they canceled it the night before we were supposed to leave. No reason was given, and we couldn't reach anyone by phone.

The decor looks nice and the place seems tidy at first, but the cleaning was poor. There was hair on the sheets, cabinets, and even inside dirty cups in the cupboard. The bathroom looked like it had been cleaned in a rush, and a paper towel was stuck in the air vent. The sink had equipment, but no sponge or detergent. It feels like you're mostly paying for the Starowislna Street location. I don't recommend it and won't return.

The apartment was clean, pleasant, and smelled fresh, with everything we needed inside. The location is great, and communication with the person handling the rental was very good. I'd recommend it 👌🏻

A roomy, clean room with good facilities. The bed was comfortable, too.
