The room was nice and the location was good, even if the outside looked horrible. What really bothered us was the sewage smell. Using the sink or shower, or flushing the toilet, made the whole room smell awful. They also offer a later checkout in return for a five-star review, which feels biased and unfair.

The room was really nice and the location was great. When we arrived, there was no reception, so we had to call to find out how to enter the building. Our room was ready early, though.

The apartment had everything we needed, and it was clean, well looked after, and tastefully decorated. We had a fantastic weekend with friends at Garden House Apartments and can recommend it wholeheartedly. The service was excellent, with helpful, friendly people who were always available. It’s in a quiet, green area that’s still close to the centre and all the attractions.

Kazimierz was about a 15-minute walk away, and the old town took 6-7 minutes on foot. A great apartment.

My apartment matched its description exactly. The managers were very helpful and got back to me quickly.
