The location worked well for getting around: around a 20-minute walk to the center, with plenty of tram and bus stops nearby. The reception team were friendly and helpful, and my room was comfortable enough. It could suit someone wanting an inexpensive private room who doesn't need many amenities. The biggest problem was the lack of hot water for two of my three days. I had to keep chasing updates about when it would be fixed. I know it was complicated, and the reception staff were kind, but after one person suggested emailing the manager about a refund, I was only offered 30% off. That felt inadequate when it was cold and rainy and I couldn't take a hot shower. The elevator was out too. I climbed three flights, found there was no towel in my room, went back down to reception for one, then climbed up again.

My mother and I spent four days at Premium Hostel Krakow in Krakow. We found the location handy for the airport journeys as well as visiting the old town and Jewish quarter. The room was perfectly comfortable for the price, and the service was excellent, starting with email exchanges a few weeks before the trip and continuing throughout our stay. A comfortable, low-cost choice in this beautiful city. Highly recommended!

The lack of an elevator was the hardest part, especially with heavy suitcases between floors. Luckily, the receptionist moved us from the third floor to the first and helped carry our luggage. The room we were given had been newly renovated, and the shared kitchen was always clean. We also got to share meals with other guests.

My flight was delayed, so I needed somewhere to stay, and this worked out really well. I booked a single room with a private bathroom and had a great stay. The room was comfortable and very nice, and the staff were so helpful. I'll definitely come back.

Great value, and the location is perfect. The room is small, but that's clearly stated, and everything is simple and very clean. It felt safe too. We took the tram for two stops and were right in the center. We'd come back 😊
