Natalia and Kuba made breakfast feel special. They were professional, warm, and friendly, and really made our stay memorable. The other female staff member, the darker one, could learn from them. The hotel should be proud of those two. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town. Our room was good and had water, tea, and a coffee machine. Check-in was welcoming too, and we were offered a refreshing glass of Prosecco. We'd be happy to return.

Adam at the front desk was welcoming and incredibly helpful. His friendly manner and professionalism made our stay at Hotel Experior Boutique memorable. I'd recommend the hotel, especially with staff like him.

The room was smaller than the description and photos suggested, and it didn't have a bath. The staff were lovely, though, and cancelled the booking and refunded me without any trouble. Since booking somewhere on the day costs so much more, I ended up paying a lot extra to find another hotel. If I'd spent that amount when I first booked Hotel Experior boutique, I could have stayed in one of the hotels in a grand old building.

The staff were wonderful, and both the accommodation and location were excellent. Lots of museums are very close by.
