Breakfast was delicious and had a nice range of choices. The man who prepared it was the only bright spot, and deserves a big thank you. The room itself was a huge disappointment, even though we stayed just one night. It was freezing, with no air conditioning, and I woke up shivering under the blanket. There was no ventilation, and the soundproofing was terrible, so every noise from the hall and neighboring rooms came through. It was also filthy: crumbs and stains all over the carpets, dust everywhere, mould in the bathroom, and limescale on the sink and shower.

There aren't many parking spaces on the hotel grounds. Street works meant I had to leave the car in the nearby shop's parking area. Signs warned of a 95 PLN fine for parking without a ticket. I didn't buy one and got lucky this time.

A clean, bright room and a good breakfast, all at a reasonable price. The front desk staff were excellent too. I had no complaints and will choose this hotel again on future trips to Krakow.

The staff were always ready to help, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and quite good, and the price was very good. Breakfast was generally nice, though the buffet could improve, for example by offering fresh fruit. Everything else was five-star for me.

The complimentary buffet breakfast was great, and the staff were really kind. I loved staying here and would happily come back.
