Inpoint Smart Apartments

The room was spotless, and the apartment itself was great. The internet was painfully slow and didn’t reach every part of the apartment, though, and using the same liquid for dishes and handwashing felt awkward. Those issues kept the stay from being a five star experience.

We tried an apartment for a change from hotels in September 2025. The location was good, and we liked the room, especially the projector, so we were pleased at first. That changed on nights three and four, when a very loud, constant vibration sounded like pipes rattling through the night. We reported it right away. A kind woman came to look during the day and said the fridge would be checked, but when we got back from our day out there was no update. We called, and the manager was rude and unhelpful, accused us of making up the noise, and dismissed the videos we’d sent directly. We explained it happened at night around 2am and asked what to do if it started again, but got no answer or help. Management first said there was no noise. After we sent video evidence through the booking agent, they changed their explanation and suggested it could be the fridge, though it definitely wasn’t. They refused even a small partial refund, and the manager told us over the phone they didn’t believe us. There was also a hole in the wall beside the fridge with exposed wiring, and the shower wasn’t installed properly, so it was very difficult to use. Krakow is a fantastic place, but this apartment experience put a real damper on our trip. We’re very disappointed by the lack of support, the dismissive, rude management, and their refusal to acknowledge what happened despite the videos and clear evidence.

Room 10 at ul. Grzegórzecka 13 was spacious, clean, and had what we needed for a short stay. The cupboards had some obvious damage that needs attention. The oven only worked as a grill, and the coffee machine gave us cold coffee. Still, it was good for our 1.5 days.

We asked what to do if it came back at night and got no reply. It put a huge damper on the trip. There was also a hole by the fridge with wires sticking out, as shown in the photo, and the shower wasn’t connected, which made showering unpleasant. After we complained through the booking agent, management first said there was no noise. Once we sent video evidence, they changed their account and said it was probably the fridge, though it wasn’t. We have lots of videos, but they dismissed the evidence, said they didn’t believe us, and refused a small partial refund. We’re still at a stalemate over that. Krakow is brilliant, but our stay in the apartment wasn’t.
