The room was quiet, very comfortable, and beautifully kept, and the kitchen and option of daily service were real comforts. It felt like a high-quality hotel, and was far cleaner and better quality than the Airbnbs I stayed in during my time in Kraków. I spent the final eight days of a three-week stay in Kraków here. The double room had high ceilings, lovely design, and was spotless. Getting there with luggage was the hard part. Check-in is in a separate building, and then you have to carry your bags over yourself. It's only a 4-5 minute walk, but awkward with several suitcases, and there are no elevators, so we also had to carry everything up to the third floor. I would have paid for help with the bags. Porters, carts, or a short transfer are offered in many hotels elsewhere, so leaving guests to manage this felt out of step with the otherwise high standard. Better luggage help or clearer information when booking would make this almost flawless. I would still recommend it, as long as you know what to expect when you arrive.

The price was amazing for what you get, and I'd book again if I return to Krakow. The staff were welcoming and helpful with all my questions. My room was clean and well organized, with tea and coffee provided. It's right in the city center, an easy walk to both train stations, the old town, and tram and bus stops.

The location is nice and close to the city center. The apartment itself was okay, but cleanliness was only average, with hairs on the beds. We didn't have enough drinking water or extra coffee for our 5-night stay, and the beds were two singles pushed together, which wasn't very comfortable.

The apartments were very clean and well located. Just be aware that picking up the keys means walking 450m to the office, and there's no lift in the building if you're bringing heavy luggage.
