The food was fresh, tasty, and worth having. The shower was great too, and I always felt clean. The room itself was dark, with only a few lights, and the temperature was awkward: too hot with the windows shut, then too cold once I opened them. I asked the front desk for more coffee since the room only came with two small sachets. The woman said they had run out and would ask the maid to bring some if I gave her my room number, but it never happened. Not a big deal. The hotel was quiet, although you could hear the trams from the room. I personally liked that background noise. It's a good hotel, but I wouldn't call it four stars, more like three.

The breakfast was a highlight, lots of fresh, delicious food and a great selection. The rooms were clean and warm, and the hotel is very close to the town center, with everything nearby. Everyone was polite and professional, especially the reception team and the kind cleaning lady. On our second day, they changed all our towels and made the bed without us asking. Highly recommend.

The staff were kind, polite, and professional, and they can help arrange some tours. We could walk to the main square, and the tram and bus stop is right in front of the hotel. It's one of the best places we've stayed. If we come back to Krakow, we'd stay here again. Only downside was having to go home! Our rating is 100000 out of 10. 🤣

The staff really made the stay. Reception would answer anything, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Our room was pleasant and very clean as well. We had a great time and can't wait to come back.

The location was exactly right, with everywhere we wanted to go within reach. But we paid for a premium double room and got a small room with a sofa bed that was noisy and extremely uncomfortable. It squeaked at a high pitch whenever we moved, and was awful to sleep on. We asked for a mattress topper and never got one. There was nowhere to put our suitcases, and the shower drain was broken. When we first entered, the room stank of vomit. The cleaners need to do better.
