The hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is amazing, right at the entrance to a large park, and the rooms and breakfast were good. Staff were super friendly and professional, and helped me with a few things. One small issue: the hotel safes are a bit too small for large gaming laptops.

After our long trip, it was such a relief to have a clean shower with strong water pressure. We arrived with the kids at around 2 AM, and the staff were waiting for us and checked us in quickly. The room was quiet, and we could open the windows for fresh air. Breakfast the next morning was a real pleasure: great coffee and delicious nalysnyky (pancakes), just like home. The hotel left us with a very warm, cozy feeling 🫶

The location is excellent, near pak and Tauron Arena, and it’s a nice hotel in general. It does feel a little old, though, and I’m not sure how it got four stars. To me it’s more like a regular three-star hotel. Breakfast was okay, but vegetarians don’t have many options. Still, I’d give it four stars.

It was a good bargain and I recommend it. The service, location and overall experience all matched what I expected. The rooms may not be especially modern, but they did the job and everything worked.

Our room was comfortable, the breakfast buffet was ample, and the staff were polite and very helpful. The hotel is outside the centre, but close to our family and many businesses. Getting into the centre was easy thanks to the excellent tram service.
