Krakow B&B Old Town

It’s convenient being so close to both the old town and the train station. The apartments are quite nice, the rooms are clean, and the bed linens and towels are bright white. They have what you need for 3-4 days.

The kitchen and location were the only good things. Thankfully, we stayed just one night, because I couldn’t have managed longer. Calling it an apartment is a huge exaggeration. It was renovated cheaply a long time ago, and nobody seems to maintain it. The chairs were barely standing, the floorboards were in terrible shape, and there was an unpleasant smell. The mezzanine mattress was worn out and just lying on the floor, and the downstairs sofa was worn out too. The baseboards were barely attached to the walls. Better not to mention the view from the window.

We were very happy with our stay. The apartment was clean and everything had been prepared properly. It’s in a great spot in the city center.

Being near the market square and train station is the main thing this place has going for it, and the room was clean. But it was painfully cold, even though the heater seemed to be on, and the bathroom smelled so bad it gave me a headache if I stayed in there. The TV kept shutting itself off, if it worked at all. The room looks nice, but needs a lot of work to feel up to standard. I wouldn't come back. At this price, I'd look for somewhere nicer and, above all, warmer.
