The service was awesome, and the people were great. They sent a welcoming email and met us at the station to help with our luggage, two large suitcases after we'd flown in from Dubai the day before. The apartment had character, and Mellow Apartment was bright and spacious with a lovely view. There was fresh milk in the fridge and fresh squeezed orange juice. It's well placed for the sights and a modern mall, and I'd stay there again and highly recommend it. A couple of things to know: Mellow Apartment is on the 4th floor, with no lift, so hauling heavy luggage up the stairs was NO FUN at all. Be prepared for the stairs. There's also no A/C. It was 30+ Celsius when we were there in mid-July, so the flat can get hot. We left the windows wide open for a breeze, and the view outside was lovely. There is a fan and heater, but that's not the same as A/C. This isn't a deal breaker, though the description should make it clear. And if you can figure out the oven without instructions, you're a certified genius. The hosts should explain how it works when you arrive. I gave up after 30 minutes.

The hosts were welcoming and helpful, and the apartments had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is very quiet with no traffic noise, an easy 3 minute walk to the Old Town and less than a minute from the train station. Highly recommended.

Being right in the centre was handy, just a 5min walk from the main square. But the floors squeak and make a lot of noise, and the door 🚪 didn't lock very well. There wasn't much information about needing to bring your own towels, even though it says they're already featured. And when the bins were full, there was nowhere to put the rubbish, so I had to ring the person in charge to ask.

It was a really enjoyable stay. The apartment was beautifully furnished to a high standard, comfortable, and well maintained. It's also well located for walking into the city centre. Great apartment, highly recommended.

The location is excellent, close to trams, trains, and the old town. The rooms were clean, functional, and well equipped, with water, juice, teas, coffee, soaps, and shower gels waiting for us. Check-in was quick and easy, and check-out was just a matter of leaving the keys in a box in the lobby. The apartments are a set of rooms in the same building as local residents. We'd booked through a major website, and I hadn't expected that setup. One room was on the top floor, up 3 flights of double stairs, with no lift. The owner, Michal, emailed to offer airport transfers and excursions. We took the transfers for convenience, though Kraków has uber and it would have been cheaper. Excursions can also be found locally and online for less. If you want an easy life for not much more, Michal will help. My only small preference would be to have the smart TV connected to wifi so I could cast from my phone. There are no English channels.
