The owner let me check in well before noon, which was a really nice and unusual gesture. The apartment was generally clean, but it didn't feel fresh. The walls were dirty, and the furniture and equipment looked as if they'd seen at least five years of heavy use. I spent a long time deciding on the rating. I might have given it four stars, but the cigarette smell in the room and the bedding put me off. The sheets didn't smell fresh and had a stain. So, not terrible, but not good either.

For the location and room standard, the price is very low. In Krakow, places with comparable quality and service tend to cost more and deliver less. The manager was professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with, and clearly guided me to the keys. Everything was ready ahead of time, and the apartment smelled lovely and was sparkling clean when I arrived. I'd recommend it.

I wouldn't book this apartment. I reserved it more than six months ahead and sent a paid confirmation from booking.com. The woman replied by text that there was no such reservation, then stopped communicating. I'd tell people NOT TO BOOK with her!

Our stay never happened. The lady claimed there was a serious breakdown in the apartment, while listing it for 2.5 times more at the same time. The owner gave no explanation and didn't respond. Very unprofessional and sly behavior. I don't recommend it.

Three days before arrival, I asked how check-in worked and where to collect the keys for the apartment I'd booked a month earlier. I got a short reply saying, "I canceled your stay on Booking.com, so I don't know what's going on." Then came silence, despite my repeated messages and calls and the confirmed Booking reservation. I'm sorry to join the list of people treated rudely by this woman. If you don't want to spend two evenings trying to fix the problem on Booking.com and scrambling to find somewhere else, stay away from her apartments.
