The location is ideal, right next to the Rynek Platz, and the staff are friendly. Rooms are cozy, with free water and champagne, a nice bathroom, comfortable beds, a window, and a TV with Netlfix. Breakfast was tasty and healthy, with the option to order waffles, crepes, poached eggs, or omelettes. Nothing to complain about, a great place to stay!

The view from our room over the square was beautiful, and breakfast had a fantastic choice. My son especially liked the chocolate crepes made to order. Great location, and we'd love to come back.

The location and service were okay, but the room was cold and had no working heating. The corridors felt unwelcoming, and the stay was disappointing. I hate that my first review has to be negative, but this experience pushed me to warn others.

The elevator is very, very small, so expect to wait a lot. If you're in and out of your room often or have limited mobility, you may want to ask for a room on the 1st floor. It's a beautiful historic building, so tiny elevators are to be expected. The recently redone bathroom was awkward, with nowhere to put my toiletries, but that's a minor issue. The staff were friendly, the rooms clean, and the location excellent. I'd absolutely stay here again.
