Liebeskind Boutique Hotel

We had a terrible experience with no support and completely unprofessional management. Stay away from this “hotel.” We weren't told about the overbooking until we arrived. At reception they said there were no rooms and that they had “problems with Booking.” The receptionist said they'd check with Booking within 50 minutes, explaining it was Saturday and Booking was “not answering.” After 15 minutes with no update or help, I contacted Booking myself and had to handle the whole situation. We were left for about an hour without assistance, and nobody offered alternative accommodation. Other couples were in the same situation, so this clearly wasn't isolated. I had booked back in September, 2-3 months ahead, which gave them plenty of time to handle the overbooking properly or refuse the reservation. I strongly suspect there was a pricing error and that guests who paid less were put on the “overbooking list.” If someone hadn't shown up, they would have simply kept the money.

The room was huge, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were great, and the hotel was spotless. The only tiny gripe, if I’m being picky, is that the TV wouldn’t connect to WiFi for Netflix in bed. It really wasn’t an issue.

Everything was so clean, and we loved the beautiful room and bathroom. The staff were friendly, and the location made it easy to walk to everything nearby. We were really impressed and would recommend it to anyone. I’d stay here again if I come back.

The location was great, with the main square around a ten-minute walk, maybe even less. There are lots of good restaurants close by, many less than a couple of minutes away. A great Asian restaurant is two minutes away, and a fantastic Indian place is five minutes away. There are also a few amazing pizza spots within five minutes, or less. Our room was comfortable and clean, with plenty of storage for clothes and luggage. The bathroom facilities were fantastic, and having a TV was a nice way to unwind after a busy day trip. The staff were friendly and helpful. I couldn’t recommend the hotel more, and I’d definitely stay again.
