The location was brilliant, just a wee 10-minute walk from the main square. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were great, and the staff were lovely. Big thanks to the receptionist who let us check in early since our room was ready. Breakfast didn’t quite hit the spot for our two fussy eaters. Still, it was a great place to stay on our first visit to Poland, and I’d definitely recommend it to others.

The modern room really impressed me, and it was cleaned every day. Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. I stayed for four nights while visiting Krakow and found the location perfect, close to both the old town and Krakow Glowny Station. This is an excellent hotel, and I can’t fault it. I’ll choose it again next time I’m in Krakow.

Getting a response from this hotel in English has been really shit. I emailed them in English, and they replied in Polish saying they didn’t understand me. I had to put their answer into a translation app too. What service! They seem to think every tourist coming to Krakow should speak Polish.

I loved the view and especially the wardrobe you can actually go inside! It’s the best, 1000000/10, and I’d come back more than once. The markets and park nearby were wonderful too. The bad thing was that there were only stairs at the entrance, in case someone with crutches or a wheelchair ♿ comes. Loved it!! Giuseppe age 9

A perfect hotel for a stay in Krakaw. It’s outside the overly touristy area but not far away. The staff, breakfast and amenities were all very good, much better than standard 3*.
