The beds were soft and very comfortable, and the whole place was spotless and really lovely. It's only a short way from the centre, which made it ideal for exploring the city. A great stay, highly recommend.

I called the concierge and had to cancel as soon as I arrived. The mattresses, covers, and pillows were filthy. Don't be fooled, everything beneath the sheets was dirty. Hygiene was zero.

Clean and a good place to rest. The hall really stands out, with its frescoes and grand look.
