The staff and kitchen were especially attentive and knew how to look after my colleague, who has celiac disease. Breakfast was great, and the rooms were well equipped, with Herman miller chairs in the work area. Beds were comfortable and spotless, and the showers and taps had hot water quickly. I was there for a buffet visit at ICE Krakow, and Garden Inn Hilton worked really well for business. It's easy to get a taxi, and the amazing old town is just opposite. Thanks, guys.

The restaurant or bar in the hotel deserves a mention: the service was friendly, and the menu was delicious with good choices. Everything we needed was easy to reach from the hotel's convenient location. We also had a beautiful view from the window, which made the stay more enjoyable.
10/10
The old town is a good 20/25 walk away, so the location may not suit everyone. We enjoyed the pleasant route along the river and through the parks, though. The hotel was clean and well maintained, our room was excellent, and the staff were welcoming and always ready to help. Breakfast was lovely, and the shop was a great extra, with anything you might have forgotten. We had no problems and can't fault the stay. I'd highly recommend it.

Oliwia made check-in easy, answering our questions confidently and helpfully, always with a smile. Parking is free. The hotel was clean, the beds were really comfortable, and the workout room was modern with lots of options, including trail runs. I also had coffee and a good working refrigerator in the room. If you're not very fit and mainly visiting the old town, you might want somewhere closer, but we loved it here. We'll definitely return to this wonderful city and its amazing people.

I've stayed here several times for work and have had very good breakfasts. It's about a 20-minute walk along the river and over the bridge to old Krakow centre. Get a room at the front if you can, the river and big wheel views are really nice, especially at night.
