PURO Kraków Stare Miasto

The staff are brilliant, and breakfast is a 10/10. The hotel is clean and well priced, and being right across from the train station makes onward travel easy. The pillows were so soft, please message me to tell me what they were, I need some! The only thing I'd change is being able to switch off the bathroom extractor on the tablet so it doesn't whirr all night. I'll definitely come back with my family later this year and am looking forward to staying again. Thanks :)

The decor in the shared spaces was incredible, stylish mid-century modern, and the photos really don't do it justice. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and had a nice view. Breakfast was fantastic, with both made-to-order dishes and a generous buffet. The reception, bar, and breakfast staff were all so nice and helpful, and the bartender made us amazing cocktails. Arriving late was no problem, and they also let us leave our luggage until late the following night. The hotel is right by the station and near the old town, with a great price for the quality. I'd really love to return!

The location is so convenient, right by the train station and mall. I also loved the complimentary hot drinks machine, perfect when I wanted a quick coffee or tea, and the hotel had great free activities too. Service was exceptional throughout, with every staff member welcoming and helpful. The bartenders in particular were incredibly friendly and amazing. Highly recommend staying here!

We were impressed by the location, right beside galaeri krakowska (mall), with trains, trams, and buses easy to reach. Everyone we met, from the concierge to the restaurant and housekeeping teams, was lovely and pleasant. Special thanks to concierge Alicija, who shared recommendations for food and attractions. We'll definitely book again.
