Michał was so welcoming, helpful, and quick to respond throughout our stay. We felt at home as soon as we arrived, and his hospitality helped make the trip memorable. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with a perfect base for exploring Kraków. We'd gladly keep it in mind for a future visit and hope to stay again someday. Communication with the owner was fantastic, and they made the transfer and check-in process easy by being so responsive and helpful. We arrived to a spotless, cozy apartment with everything we needed. It's right on Krakow's main square, with all the major sights just a short walk away. A real gem, and I'd highly recommend it.

The hosts were lovely and made sure we had what we needed. We especially liked the cozy feel and the well-equipped kitchen. Everything was modern, clean, and comfortable, and the location was handy for everything while still feeling peaceful. We'd happily stay at these apartments again and recommend them.

When Schiphol and KLM left us unable to get back to the Netherlands for four days, Michał, the apartments' manager, made it easy to extend our stay. He was calm, quick, and truly helpful. The place itself was spacious, very clean, and had a great view over the Main Square. Even in the middle of Kraków, it was quiet enough to sleep thanks to the soundproofing. We could do laundry, and got lots of useful tips for things to see in and around the city. We've stayed in plenty of places, but this one really gave us more than we expected. #WuTangForever ;)

Michal was friendly, helpful, and very quick to reply to messages. The apartment was clean, cozy, and comfortable, with a modern kitchen and bathroom. They're small, but perfectly adequate. Our room faced the back of the building, so it was very quiet despite being right on Market Square.
