STRADONIA Serviced Apartments

The location was so good, close to both the Old Town and Jewish Quarter, and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Staff were friendly and helpful, happy to chat and share plenty of information. They looked after everything from check-in through check-out, and even stored our luggage until our afternoon taxi arrived. The apartment was spacious, beautifully presented, exceptionally clean, and mixed old and new really well. I’d happily return to Krakow and stay here again, and would encourage others to book too.

Emilia was wonderful throughout, kind, patient, professional, and always there when we needed her. She arranged transportation and helped with everything, always with real care and a big smile. We were welcomed warmly and got an early check-in. Our group of 6, including 3 children, had spacious rooms that suited us perfectly, with large, comfortable beds. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had well-equipped kitchenettes. Great service and a good location near attractions. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

We had a hugely enjoyable stay, the two adults and three kids teenagers in our group. The apartment was impeccably clean, and the reception staff were pleasant and very helpful. The location couldn’t have been better. The accommodation was excellent, and I’d be delighted to return and have no hesitation recommending it.

We were impressed by how much the one bed room apartment had to offer. It was clean and really spacious, and well placed for visiting the sites while still quiet at night. The staff were friendly and helpful. A great place to stay, deserves every star and more. Thank you.
