MB Cracow Apartments-Florianska 47

I booked this apartment on booking.com for my birthday because the listing said it was right in the centre of Krakow. It was actually well away from the centre, which was completely misleading. At check-in, the bed covers were on the couch, and the bedroom sheet was filthy, with dirt and hair stuck to it. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests. I reported it and asked to cancel without a fee, but the host wasn’t helpful. I had to pay out of pocket for somewhere else to stay. When I eventually agreed to pay the cancellation fee, I asked for the 50% refund stated in the t and c’s, but the host tried to scare me into thinking I’d get no refund. I contacted an agent from booking.com, who processed the cancellation, and now my 50% is being refunded. NEVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

The apartments were clean and modern, and the team spoke well. Fantastic stay with MB apartments. Well done, guys, I’ll definitely come back. Cheers!

The apartment looked decent, but several basics were missing. There was no shower gel or shampoo, so we couldn’t shower when we arrived; no washing powder even though a washing machine was advertised; and the TV didn’t work. We also chose the place because the listing said it was inside Kraków Old Town, but it turned out to be a 20-minute walk from the centre. We felt misled and would have booked somewhere else if we’d known. We messaged the hosts straight away about the listing, but they ignored us and offered no solution or even an acknowledgment. A disappointing stay, with poor communication and little care for guests’ comfort. Wouldn’t recommend.

My daughter and I spent a week at the Apartment on Floriańska 24/7 and were very pleased with our stay. It was clean, cozy and a lovely place to relax in the heat. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the cleaning staff were very nice too. Best regards to everyone on the team.
