At that price, it was a great option for a short budget trip: a perfect location, clean and fully equipped. For a longer stay, though, I wouldn't choose it. The kitchen is tiny, and I can't picture doing much cooking there beyond sandwiches or the occasional scrambled eggs. The bathroom is shared by two rooms, up to eight people, and the shower is shared by even more.

For €60 a night, this was a rip-off, and I wouldn't recommend it for a holiday. The so-called "Double Deluxe Room" is near Kazimierz and the City Centre, and the WiFi is fast, which you'll need because sleep is so hard to come by. No one works there in person. You have to communicate through Booking, and if a problem comes up after office hours, you wait. The renovation feels cheap, the rooms are falling apart, and we had to request the amenities several times. The worst part is the noise. The room faces tram lines, and the trams run from 5 AM until very late, making it impossible to sleep. In summer the sun rises around 4 AM, and the huge windows have no blinds. The pillows are a joke, and the towels feel like sandpaper, as if they were kept from the Soviet era. You can do better in Krakow.

The apartment felt fresh, comfortable, and well prepared, and it was reassuring to find it clean and safe after the pandemic panic had passed. Booking was friendly and easy. I'm very impressed, highly recommend it, and can't wait to return when I'm in Krakow.

A lovely, clean studio that suited us perfectly. It's well located for the Jewish quarter and about a 10-minute walk from the old town.
