The location, communication, and cleanliness get three stars from me. The top floor feels poorly and illegally built, and a door slam makes the whole floor shake. The staircase up to the bed area is steep, almost vertical, and the upstairs ceiling is only about 1.5m high, so you have to crouch or crawl. It’s impractical, unsafe, and cheaply built. I honestly doubt it meets building regulations. I wouldn’t recommend it.
