We found the apartment easily and getting in was straightforward. It was clean and tidy, and the hosts were attentive and friendly. Wawel and the Central Market are both within walking distance. Our three days there were quiet and good, and Krakow charmed us.

I noticed the neglected feel as soon as I came in: dust buildup and some questionable smells. They never followed up on my service requests. Their firm no-refund position, even for legitimate emergencies, told me what I needed to know about how they run things. I strongly advise against booking here.

The apartment was clean and very nice, and the location was great. Service contact was top-notch. A strong five from me, and I recommend it without hesitation. We'll be back soon 😀
