Native Apartments Kościuszki 39

As quiet as it could be, and so clean and cozy. This is the best hotel we’ve stayed at 💗

I had to leave early because of an urgent health issue, and they kept my full payment. No integrity at all.

The bed was comfortable enough, but the two mattresses joined with a dip between them, so that’s why I’m not giving five stars. The studio itself was very clean, with nice decor, good quality furniture, and a perfectly adequate bathroom. It was also quiet, despite the bus and tram right outside. The location and value for money were very good. Management communicated excellently, with clear information and check-in and check-out instructions. This rental helped make our stay in Krakow a success. A great place to stay, and I recommend it. Thank you. Jeff

The apartment was nicely furnished and well located, and the mirror on the ceiling above the bed could have been a visual highlight. But there were several things that made the stay disappointing for the price. The pool was closed, which was a big letdown since it was one of the reasons I booked. Parking was very expensive and should have been part of the apartment price. Check-out at 10:00 AM was less flexible than places that allow 11:00 AM, and when we asked to stay longer, the answer was no. The apartment reached 30 degrees Celsius, and there was no way to adjust the temperature. It cooled very slowly, so we had to sleep with the window open, which was uncomfortable. The mattress was dented, the curtains were in poor shape, with the white ones turned black and looking unwashed, and there was an unpleasant smell from the toilet and sink. There were no towel racks in the bathroom either. Overall, the stay fell well short of what we expected for the cost and comfort.
