Save yourself the trouble. The apartment felt neglected, and several areas seemed unsanitary. The photos didn’t show its actual condition at all. When I raised concerns, the management team was remarkably indifferent. Then an emergency came up, and they showed no compassion and offered no refund option.

Grime in both the bathroom and kitchen made me uncomfortable for the whole stay.

We came for the Christmas markets, and the location was great for getting to the centre. The apartment was spotless despite being small, had everything we needed, and the bathroom was a good size. We stayed just one night.

The room had plenty of space, and we had a very pleasant stay.

I can’t recommend this rental. It felt dirty and not ready for guests, and several service problems were left unresolved. When a sudden emergency happened, they refused to give any refund at all, which showed a disturbing lack of goodwill.
