The code for getting in was easy to use, and they sent it by WhatsApp before check-in. Everything was ready in the room when we arrived, including towels, toilet rolls, handwash, a hairdryer, safe, fridge, kettle, and packs of coffee, tea, and sugar. The bathroom was beautiful, and the place was spacious and spotlessly clean. My partner and I stayed two nights with our two children, one only 10 months old, and it was absolutely wonderful. It was very quiet, with no noise at all, and we slept well in cozy, relaxing beds. There are amenities nearby, and it’s very close to the city center and Old Town. We’d love to come back and highly recommend the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Even though it’s right in the city center, the hotel felt peaceful and relaxing. Shops, restaurants, and the main sights were easy to reach, which made it perfect for my quick city break. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a short visit. Staff were friendly and efficient, and check-in and check-out were easy. I’d happily stay again next time I visit.

Self check-in was no trouble at all, with clear instructions. The room was cozy, spotlessly clean, and comfortable, with tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge, and a TV. The heating worked great. The main square isn’t far, and there’s a good bar and place to eat opposite, a shop a few doors down, and other places to eat nearby. I stayed four nights but didn’t get any housekeeping during my stay. An extra blanket and pillow would have made things more comfortable, though the apartment was well heated.

We needed extra towels and got them right away after calling the 24-hour phone service. The service is great, and the location is really convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious, and it’s great value. I had a great stay at No. 23 premium apart hotel and would recommend it for a city break.

Our room felt private and was remarkably quiet, even though the place is so central. It was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully set up, and the staff handled questions quickly and well. VELO over the round was great for breakfast or a drink, and the squad and Banksy museum were within walking distance, with plenty of other lovely places around too. We loved staying here and were already wishing we didn't have to leave. We'll definitely be back. Thanks for such a wonderful stay.
