After our stay, the management company took €150 from my card for supposed damage, without asking permission or giving proper paperwork or receipts. The kettle just had ordinary tea residue that could have been cleaned with vinegar, and the LED light plug had come loose. That seemed to me like poor-quality equipment, not misuse. When we politely tried to explain, they were dismissive and uncooperative, and refused to reconsider or have a reasonable discussion. I'm extremely disappointed with the apartment and the management. It felt unfair and unprofessional. I'd advise future guests to be careful before booking. There are plenty of better options in Poland where guests are treated fairly and with respect.
