Old Time Residence

The building is lovely, with quality materials inside, but the service wasn’t great. There’s no staff on site. The rooms were clean and functional, though dated and basic, and I wasn’t fully sure how secure they were.

The rooms were nice, cozy, and clean, and the location was good. We accidentally left our keys in the door inside the room, and it locked behind us, so watch out for the self-locking doors. The staff dealt with it promptly while we were out on a trip. Service was great, and I’d stay here again.

The location was the only good thing about this stay. I can’t believe how many positive reviews this place has. It’s by far the worst accommodation I’ve stayed in while away. The cleaners and staff were rude, and there was zero communication. There’s no lobby or reception, just a small place to sit, and nobody around to help. The bathroom sink was smashed, the lights didn’t work, and every time you ran the water the sink smelled of poo. They gave us half a roll of toilet paper, so we had to go out and buy our own 😂. The walls are so thin you can hear someone breathing in the next room. I feel like the good reviews came from the owners, because I can’t see how anyone enjoyed staying here. Stay away and save your money for a properly kept room somewhere else.

There’s luggage storage if you have a later flight, and getting access was communicated really well. The location is handy too, about a 10-minute walk to the square. It does what it promises.
