Old Town Premium Apartments

The service really impressed me. They got back to me within 10 minutes and suggested a couple of extra options that saved us time and let us see more of Krakow. The modern apartments are in the Jewish quarter, about a 5-10 minute walk from the city center. For a visit to Krakow, this felt like the best serviced apartment option available. If you're driving, I'd book a parking spot with them because there aren't many places to park outside. Thanks to the Old Town Premium Crew for making our stay so good!

We never got to stay at the hotel. Our flight was cancelled in March last year because of the pandemic, and Poland wasn't allowing foreign citizens into the country. At first, the hotel was nice about it and offered either a voucher for the full amount, usable for six months, or half the money back if I cancelled through booking.com. We chose the voucher. I asked what would happen if things didn't change and we couldn't use it, and Kasia said it would still be valid after six months. Lockdowns meant we couldn't use it in the end. I've tried contacting the hotel over the last five months, but they keep ignoring my emails. That's very unprofessional.

The staff were warm and helpful, and the room was bright, spotless, and really spacious. A perfect stay right in the heart of Krakow. I'd highly recommend it if you want comfort and an easy base in the city center.

We spent the weekend here with family and liked everything. The apartment was roomy, with a kitchen, dishwasher, and washing machine. There are shops and cafes nearby, and underground parking in the same building.
