Great value and spotlessly clean. The tram, taxi, and bus stop are right at the door, and Domingo’s was excellent for food.

The rooms looked nothing like the pictures, which was a shock. There was no bathroom trash can or ironing machine, and the washing machine didn’t work. Room service starts at 10 AM, so if you need help before then, you have to wait :)! Avoid the fourth floor at all costs. I had a lot of luggage and had to haul it up the stairs. The lift stops halfway before reaching the third floor, so I took the stairs to the third floor and then climbed to the fourth. I asked if anyone could help, even if I paid, but they wouldn’t.

I enjoyed the stay overall, especially the restaurant downstairs, where the portions were generous and the food fresh. The location is great, right in the city centre. When you enter the building, though, there seems to be a strip club downstairs? The rooms and other outside spaces could also have been cleaned better.

The kitchen was well equipped for our family of four, with a washing machine, dishwasher, and plenty of dishes and cutlery. The lift reaches the third floor, and we were on the fourth, so we had to walk up one flight of stairs, but that was fine for us. Both bedrooms were large, comfortable, and warm, with beautiful views from the windows. The location is amazing, very close to the Market Square, with attractions, restaurants, and coffee shops all nearby. The train station is about a 20-minute walk away. I’d highly recommend this hidden gem in Krakow and would definitely return.
