A quiet, clean, modern little hotel, good for relaxing and good value. The Old Town is about a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast was an okay buffet, though not the best. You can reserve private, covered, secure parking for 100 zloty (€25) a day.

The breakfast wasn't great in my opinion. It was continental, but there weren't any croissants or pastries, which might bother some people. It didn't spoil my stay, though. The staff were great, the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the location perfect. Brilliant hotel, I'd recommend it and come back.

The hotel is quiet, with a rule against noise from 10pm to 7am, and the room was spotless. Reception staff were really friendly and happy to help with anything. The main square is about a 10-minute walk one way, and the main shopping centre about 10 minutes the other way. Breakfast is continental. Reception can arrange airport transfers for 125pln, and they'll store your suitcase for free if your flight is later. I can't wait to visit krakow again, I'll definitely stay here.

The room was spacious, clean, and really comfortable. It's a quiet spot just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town, with plenty of shops and cafes nearby for snacks. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the buffet breakfast had lots to choose from and was topped up as needed. We had an early start for an excursion one morning, so they kindly packed us lunch since we'd miss breakfast. We'd definitely book this hotel again on our next trip to Krakow.

A gorgeous, smart, clean hotel. It was a little warm at night, and farther from the main square than the place we stayed last time, but I can't fault it and would come back. There's a much-needed hairdresser right across from reception, perfect for a blow dry!
