The location makes it easy to visit Krakow or shop, with a well-stocked shopping centre nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful, though the rooms and service themselves were average. There was one big drawback: noise at night from the road right outside the hotel.

The views, hospitality, and location were all great. Thanks to the dedicated personnel and concierge. I’d highly recommend it to artists and journalists.

I was here with my school. Some girls washed makeup off with a towel, and they wanted $1200 for it because the school had paid a deposit in case something got destroyed. They wanted all the money for one towel. There were pink stains on the bed sheets, cockroaches in some rooms, and moldy sheets in a girls’ room. I moved my bed a bit so I could lie down while charging my phone, and they yelled at me. Terrible service. The shower doors were horrible and we had to break it in place. The windows hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.
