The common garden is lovely and well looked after, and the construction is to a high standard. Technical support is reliable, and I had no problems. I recommend this developer.

The problems show up after the apartment handover or purchase. There are plenty of defects and botched jobs that you can't spot during the handover. This company doesn't seem to have a real complaint process. The only reply to complaints is "not applicable." Everything seems fine until you reach that point.

There were a lot of technical problems after the apartment was handed over. Selling your apartment is a completely different experience. I don't recommend buying in this development.
