The rooms are clean and get cleaned every day, though you can opt out of daily cleaning. Staff are friendly, and the place is just a stone’s throw from the main square. It can be a bit loud at night, but it didn’t keep me awake, and earplugs were provided. The mini fridge prices are a little steep, though there’s a shop just a few doors down for drinks and other things. A lovely place to stay in Krakow if you’re self-catering.

We really liked how close it was to the main market area, with plenty of places nearby for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The room felt brighter than the photos suggested and was spacious, with a soft, comfortable bed. The bathroom was nicely designed and the shower worked well. The air conditioning warmed the room up quickly, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. One bathroom hanger was a little loose, but it wasn’t a real problem. We’d recommend the place and will definitely come back.

On my first visit to Krakow, I stayed in these apartments and would happily return. The square is about 150m away, and the rooms were modern, very clean, and had comfortable beds. Wi-Fi and a safe were included. The reception staff were consistently helpful and ready to assist with anything.

The contactless check-in was simple, and the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It’s right in the heart of the old town, with the square about 150m away. The rooms were modern and very clean, the beds comfortable, and Wi-Fi and a safe were included. Reception staff were always willing to help. I’d happily stay here again.

The stairs are a killer, especially after a night out drinking. Still, this is a lovely, very clean place in the old town, and the staff are happy to help with questions.
