The apartment was spotless, comfortable and really pleasant, and the property is clearly well maintained. Wojtek stepped in later and did a great job trying to put things right. The earlier trouble wasn’t his fault, and we appreciated how hard he worked to improve our stay. The original employee had also kindly offered to make us takeaway breakfast because we were leaving before the usual breakfast hours. The problem was check-in and the laundry service. Promises made by the original employee about laundry weren’t fulfilled, and the situation became frustrating. We were offered our clothes back, but one load was still wet and another hadn’t been washed, so we couldn’t accept them. Hopefully it was a communication or training issue. The property and the rest of the staff clearly care about giving guests a good experience. I think four stars is fair. The initial problems keep me from giving five, although without them this would easily have been a five-star stay. We look forward to returning to Kraków and would gladly stay here again. Hopefully next time we can give a five-star review.

They even made breakfast boxes for us when we had to leave at 3 a.m. for an early start, so we didn’t miss breakfast. The hotel was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in, and both the location and staff were wonderful. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with a really comfortable bed. Breakfast had plenty of good options, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We spent four nights here in a lovely hotel on a quiet street, just around the corner from the main square and a 10-minute walk from the main train station. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it or stay again when visiting Krakow.

We stayed for one night, and everything was perfect, especially the location and breakfast. Parking is about 10 minutes away. The price is very reasonable, so it’s definitely worth it.

The basement has a pool/billiards table, which we used while waiting to leave for our flight home. There are also beer and wine fridges to buy from in reception, though a nearby convenience shop has more options. Breakfast was a nice continental spread, if a bit limited. Our room was clean, comfortable, a good size, and the fridge came in handy. The hotel is close to the main square, but the crowds nearby didn’t make it loud. Would recommend!
