The apartment was clean and in a lively spot near Plac Nowy, but the serious problems outweighed that. The listing said there was air conditioning, but it didn't work, leaving the apartment stifling. Opening the windows only brought in constant noise from the bar across the street. The safe was broken too. When I pointed out that it had been advertised, the host denied it was in the listing, even though it was there. The worst incident was the glass shower door, which exploded as my wife tried to open it. She had cuts on her arm, chest, and foot, and it was uncertain whether she would need hospital treatment. The host showed no concern, blamed us, and demanded 1,000 PLN for repairs. I sent photos showing the failed hinge; only then did they back down, admit fault, and apologize. Even after that, they offered no compensation and threatened to take the matter to Booking.com if we didn't pay. This was dangerous, dishonest, and deeply unprofessional, not merely an inconvenience. A host who treats injured guests this way shouldn't be trusted. The first one-star review I've ever written, and it was fully deserved.

The apartments look attractive in the photos, and they really are, but the place was a bit too cold because of its lofty look. We asked in a message to stay another night in the same apartment. The booking that came back for that night had a different apartment number, though the key safe code was the same. Nobody ever answered our calls or texts. The TV had no signal. Things can go wrong, even AI, but there is still plenty to improve.

The apartments are on a quiet street, surrounded by places to eat. It's about a 10-minute walk to either the main town or the main mall. The rooms are modern and clean, and the team were all friendly, cheerful, and willing to help with anything. I couldn't fault the place and would come back in a heartbeat. Couldn't have asked for more.

We had a lovely, welcoming stay and will definitely return. The rooms are stunning, the street is quiet, and it was great value. There was a loose bathroom tile, which wasn't a big deal; we mentioned it so they could fix it after we checked out. Instead, someone knocked at the door and brought us a basket of sweets and chocolate as an apology. Thanks for a pleasant stay. Book before the rooms run out 🙂🙂

It's a lively but peaceful neighborhood, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and the city center about a 20-minute walk away. The apartments have a great design and are well equipped. Just remember, this isn't a hotel, so don't expect housekeeping or hotel-style services.
