Jan, the resident manager, does an excellent job, and Bartosz, who was new, was extremely helpful. The whole team were attentive, friendly and ready to help with anything, even bringing extra heaters if you were cold. The hotel was very clean and well managed. Rooms were contemporary and well maintained. It's in a perfect spot for exploring Krakow, and we couldn't fault the place or the staff. Definitely recommend it. Keep up the great work.

The room was spacious and looked out onto the street. Guests can use the sauna for free, though you need to book a time at the front desk. The staff were helpful, from reception to breakfast and the driver. Queen Bouthique Hotel is in a perfect spot between the old town and the jewish quater. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

The taster menu was incredible. My friend and I treated ourselves to it, and I've never eaten food that amazing. Well deserving of their Michelin Star. The hotel was in a great location, and the staff were so friendly and helpful, always happy to do whatever they could. Our room was beautiful and the bathroom spotless. The only drawback was there was no mirror in the bedroom, only in the bathroom. Breakfast had a huge choice, and twice we were given takeaway breakfast bags for our early starts. I used the sauna once and it was spotlessly clean. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious, quiet and great, with two bathrooms. It was easy to walk to various places from this good location. The staff were welcoming, and breakfast had a fantastic selection.

We were three friends traveling together, and the staff made the whole stay easy, from the helpful service before we arrived to the warm welcome at breakfast each morning. The breakfast had plenty of choice, and everyone was polite, friendly, and happy to help. The location worked really well for us, with the Jewish quarter and main square both an easy walk away. We arranged airport transfers ahead of time through reception, and also booked a private car there for our visit to Auschwitz. I’d gladly stay here again and recommend it.
