The owners replied quickly and were very helpful. The location was great too, and the interior was nicely put together.

Friends suggested this apartment and I'm glad I listened. It was right in the center of Krakow, clean and tidy, and I was really happy with my stay. I'd happily recommend it and would come back.

I booked through Booking.com for one night in October 2024, but a system issue apparently put my reservation in for November 2025 instead. When I called from Krakow to explain, the person I spoke to said there were no rooms and acted as if it wasn't his problem, half smiling. A very rude woman called me on New Year's Eve. After that, I kept trying to get a refund for the reservation for the following year, but was repeatedly told that the relevant person was out of the office and nobody knew what was happening. Eventually, a polite woman asked me to cancel and said they would refund me because the booking was for next year. I still have no refund and haven't heard anything. The woman also said they have these system problems all the time. They need to fix this. I do not recommend them. Guests are left without accommodation at the last minute, and it feels like they're taking people's money.

We arrived for our November 21st booking of a "suite" and found it dirty and stinking. The bedding, curtains, sofa, bathroom and toilet were all dirty, and there was mold in the bathroom. The sofa was damaged, smelled of cigarettes, and had dirt in its crevices. We raised it with the staff, who said we'd get a refund if we canceled. We canceled, but no money ever came back. The owners now say a refund depended on them renting it again after we canceled. Nobody told us that at the time. If a place is dirty and smells, a refund should be unconditional. These are not "minor imperfections." The photos show the mess, though they can't show the smell. And if new guests noticed that something had been disturbed, shouldn't the place have been cleaned before they arrived after we'd complained? On the phone they were rude and tried to swindle us, saying we couldn't expect a Sheraton at that price. Communication was bad too. My husband asked them to call him, but he didn't answer, then said he was busy and would call back later. What losses did this cause them? They kept the whole payment. We strongly advise people to stay away from these scammers, con artists and fraudsters. Drama.
