It was very clean and tidy, and the center was about a 5-10 minute walk away. The accommodation was good and nearly had everything we needed, though there was no microwave or air fryer and no oven.

Breakfast arrived early, and reception were very positive whenever I contacted them. The place was spotless, with plenty of restaurants and coffee bars close by. The main square and Christmas market were a 10-minute walk away.

The house worked perfectly for us with two kids. The rooms were big and close to a lot of the main attractions. My only complaint is that nobody works there, and you have to ask if you want your room cleaned.

The location was good, and the cafe downstairs was a godsend, but I was disappointed and hate to say it. We booked for five people and the deluxe apartment was sold to us as sleeping all of us. The photos showed a small snug bed on the stairs, and even my travel agent thought that was part of it. We arrived to find only a sofa bed and a double bed. I had to ask for a cot so all three kids wouldn't have to share the sofa bed, which was hard like sleeping on the floor, with a board in the middle digging into my back. The internet didn't work, so the TV didn't either and the kids weren't happy. They said they'd fix it on day two, but it was still down on day three. There was no toaster or oven, just a hob, which wasn't useful for cooking much. Parties upstairs kept me awake. Then the building fire alarm went off and we could smell smoke. We left and waited an hour for it to be turned off. Nobody contacted us to say what was happening or when we could go back in. I had to email them, and my kids were scared and crying in the street. We left after three days and found somewhere else for the remaining four nights. The difference was night and day: it cost the same, was near the location, had a fully supplied kitchen and beds for everyone. This apartment might be fine for couples, but I wouldn't recommend it for families with kids given the beds, uncomfortable sofa bed and internet. I have my reservation in front of me, and it was for five people. I also have an email from the hosts saying they couldn't fix the internet on day two and would try on day three. We tried the TV on day three and it still said there was no internet. About the smoke alarm, my point is that you never contacted guests to tell us to leave or explain what was going on. I had to contact you to find out whether and when we could go back inside. Your page says, "you can cook just like your at home." What can you cook with just a hob? I didn't see the point of having one. My tickets were bought through easy jet, and I paid for five passengers. Your deluxe apartment was sold to us as suitable for all of us. Maybe look into that.
