Sky Hotel Kraków

The breakfast was superb, with delicious fresh meats, cheeses, breads, fish, and homemade cakes. If you want a full English breakfast, this isn't for you, but I loved it and left each morning with a happy, full belly. The rooms were beautifully decorated, the bed was lively comfy, and the whole hotel was exceptionally clean. The hotel looked classy and elegant outside, and modern and welcoming inside. Staff were friendly, helpful, and polite. I was there for two nights, but the first was noisy because my room was next to a stairwell and the rail line. In the morning I asked Damian if I could change rooms, and he happily agreed. The new room was absolutely perfect. Apart from that railway room, I couldn't fault this amazing hotel.

A beautiful room with an amazing high ceiling, and staff who were cheerful and very helpful. Dinner had a good selection, though breakfast could have offered more. The location worked well as a base for seeing different parts of Krakow, with public transport nearby.

The staff were kind and helpful, and service was excellent throughout. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel is well placed for getting around, close to the main train station and a shopping centre, with a tram stop nearby. Breakfast was fairly mediocre for the price, and the front entrance has no ramp, which made handling luggage inconvenient. Still, it's a comfortable place to stay in Kraków with a very good location.

The location is great, the staff super friendly, and the rooms modern, with new furniture, heated bathroom floors, and quite comfortable beds. We had the smallest room according to the floor plan, so there was hardly space in the bathroom and entrance, though we made it work. Room sizes vary quite a bit, so keep that in mind when booking. There was an empty fridge to use, but with no vent holes in the cupboard it sat in, it pretty much cooked itself. Seems like an easy fix for the hotel. Public transport is fantastic and only 150m away, so we didn't need a parking space, though I believe there's an option for one at the back. Shower gel and small bars of soap were provided; conditioner and shampoo would have been appreciated. The AC/heating was annoying. We could only turn it on or off, not choose cooling or heating separately. Set to 21.5°C while it was below 0° outside, it would heat for a few minutes, then get too hot and start cooling. That cycle went on all night. The control unit manual suggests a separate setting is possible, so perhaps the hotel disabled it. Apart from those things, a great experience. We'll be back!
