Sky & Light Apartments

I arrived in Krakow for my two-night booking, made two weeks earlier, and found there was no key. The owner came over and we went into the room together, where the belongings of someone who'd been staying through Airbnb were scattered around. The owner didn't know about it. I was moved to a better room for one night and refunded for the second. They offered to pay extra to move me to another room for that second night, but I didn't want to keep changing apartments, so I had to find my own accommodation. They apologized and said they'd bring wine, but nobody brought anything. I'm attaching a photo of the cleanliness. The dish rack had cup marks, the cup was stained with tea, and residue was caked in the teapot. There were no dishwashing sponges.

More than a month after I booked and paid in advance for an apartment through Airbnb, I got a notice that the reservation had been cancelled. That was really irresponsible of the host. Maybe the amount paid through the site wasn't enough for them, since the apartments were still available for those dates on Booking.com.

We had everything we needed in the room and didn't miss a thing. It was clean and comfortable, right in the center, just a three-minute walk from the old town. Thank you.

Right in the heart of the city, with breakfast brought to the door. The apartment was clean and comfortable.
