Vienna House by Wyndham Andel's Cracow

We spent two nights here and had a lovely time. The hotel was clean, stylish and really nice, and the receptionists were friendly and helpful. It's near the main square and well placed for the things you'd want to see around the city. Kraków itself is beautiful, very safe and clean. Room prices seemed reasonable for the location, and food and drinks cost less than in other European cities. I'd highly recommend the hotel.

Our airline booked this hotel for us for one night, and everything went smoothly. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helped arrange transport and amenities. The room was very clean and well equipped, and the hotel is in a perfect location. A nice place overall.

The breakfast in the restaurant was delicious, and the room was modern and clean. There's a gym with three cardio machines and a small weights machine, plus a sauna. The bar is cosy and serves good drinks, though they're pricier than in town, as you'd expect. The hotel is beside the main train station and shopping mall, and it's about a five-minute walk through Planty Park, which circles the Old Town.

We'd passed through Krakow many times, but stayed a few nights on our Christmas visit. Vienna House is a modern, well-equipped hotel right by the main station and Galeria Krakowska, with transport stops just outside. The Old Town, Krakow stare Miasto, is about a ten-minute walk, and there's plenty within walking distance. The rooms were cosy and had everything we needed, including a fantastic shower. The restaurant had a good selection and friendly staff. Highly recommended!
